My aritzia experience at market today was lacklustre. No one greeted me when I entered or asked if I needed help. As soon as they saw I already had an aritzia bag for an obvious return they were disinterested in providing basic customer service. The salesperson wasn’t engaging but was quick to point out that my return was outside the 10 day window!? I only got store credit. Couldn’t expect more as a long time customer I guess. Disappointing.

We waited forever to pay for clothes while they helped one lady with her endless questions and issues. We were the only ones in line and although they repeatedly told us “just a minute” we could barely wait another moment. We left the clothes and walked past them right out of the store. They could have cared less. Terribly rude and unprofessional. We took our money elsewhere
