Shout out to PAM for being the complete worst customer service experience I had ever had in my entire life. I honestly wish there was such thing as 0 stars. I deposited money in my girlfriend's account using her card and information then immediately went outside to etransfer it to my landlord for my already 3 day late rent. The app was not letting me send it saying I had insufficient funds (this is because somehow RBC thinks it's acceptable to have machines that READ the bills you deposit but do not actually verify anything or deposit it immediately). I then went back inside to ask why the app was not letting me send my money and another customer had spotted my GFs wallet outside the bank and brought it to the table (I was ofcourse hollering thank you and asking the lady for it as I had just used it to deposit money and needed it to manage the issue with our funds). So even though I had her RBC app SIGNED IN with her info, and every possible piece of info one could need to verify that I in fact knew her. She STILL made me wait for my dad to get off work to have him pick my girlfriend up, bring her to this bank, and prove that she was infact my GF before I could do anything. (No attempt was made for me to answer her security questions or any kind of accommodation for the situation. Instead Pam spent the entire time avoiding me, only to tell me that I still couldn't pay my rent, because RBC lives in the stone age whilst other banks just read the money when it is deposited at an ATM and let you use your funds right away. Sometimes the best way to do CUSTOMER SERVICE is to have some sympathy and try to come up with a resolution, instead I was treated like a thieving loitering miscreant for 2 hours due to an innocent mistake. I GET that security is important in banking so if this is "just protocol", CHANGE YOUR PROTOCOLS. Because TD would have done this with little to no hassle at all (and I have had this exact situation come up with them too, they got a 5 star review after).

This bank itself it quite nice, it’s a shame that the staff are such cunts. I waited for them to open and had to use the washroom when I came in, they stopped me and said it was for staff only. I REALLY had to go and they literally just said no and ignored me. As an rbc client my whole life, I think I should have been allowed to use the washroom. The ladies who work here are very stuck up and it seems they are always taking their sweet ass time.
