We didn’t even make it to the store since we couldn’t reach them via phone or email after multiple attempts . It was easier for us to call the item we were searching fort’s American head office and have the item shipped from Florida then to continue to waste our time driving into town to deal with this company .

I wouldn't call showing customers attempting to purchase clothing for themselves the door exemplary customer service. There is no place for your transphobia in Calgary. You indicate only cis women deserve your clothes, however more importantly, I would suggest all women, including trans deserve to be treated with respect.

Staff discriminated against a returning customer who was intending on supporting this small business, but because they were non binary and buying clothes for themselves they were kicked out. This place has shown poor taste in treating others with decency that's required for basic human rights especially towards the lgbtq+ community. This is disgusting and I will make sure to never support this company. If I could give them negative reviews I would.
