During a facial waxing the esthetician dripped hot wax in my hair and then without saying anything to me enlisted the help of another employee who proceeded to pour oil onto my hair in an attempt to remove the wax. I have waist-length hair and the oil got onto my clothes. They offered no apology. When I asked to see the manager the esthetician waved her hand at me and said "You go, no pay!" I had to change my plans so I could go home to wash the oil out of my hair and clothes. I will not go back to this spa.
