My pedicure appointment was at 9:30 am. - 9:30 - 9:35 was spent on filling the foot tub, adjusting the heat of the water and getting her face mask. My feet barely soaked because the water was so darn hot! - 9:35 - 9:40 was spent working "grating" and nails trimmed and shaped. 5 minutes - really! The device used to scrub my heels was a tool that looked like a food grater and the size of the holes is what you would select to grate cheddar cheese! - 9:40 to 10:00 was spent on a so called food massage, scrub on shins, lotion, hot towel plus put shellac on the toes. I really don't pay for this service - I want time and effort spent on my heels and toes. I felt my heels and they were barely scrubbed. She didn't deny this and worked on them a minute or 2 more. I will not go back and I sincerely don't recommend this business!
