The Shop is Actually NOT In the Dragon Mall , but Nearby at #206A CENTRE ST., Right before the Bridge ~ Still Only $16 for a Men's Cut , & the Owner always takes time to do a Good Job! I usually leave a Tip & make it an Even $20!
