I have been with Telus for 30 years and always had good cell service but today that changed. I went to renew my contract and get a phone upgrade, I was told I could not have the same package , I would have to upgrade my package and pay $400 for a new phone, I left and went home to call Telus, I was told that was not the case, I got my same package and a new phone at no cost to me !, I will never spend a cent in that store, as for the sales man, if you don't know what your talking about don't lie to your customers, All of this took 4 hours out of my day,No one should be treated this way.
