The suit I needed wasn't available in my size when I came. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with the whole time. Will shop again

Over the past few years, I have spent thousands of dollars at Moore's. Last week I stopped in at the Heritage Meadows location and bought two pair of pants and a pair of dress shoes. The young fellow who helped me was very good. Today after washing them I took them back for hemming. The manager told me their system was down and I could not leave them as I needed to prepay or their staff would not touch them..I suggested I leave them, they write up a ticket and would pay when I picked them up. Manager refused. When you are a manager you go above and beyond to make your clients happy. The manager has not learned that. I will never go back!
