This post is a salutation Amer and Kamal from the computer and tablet department, for going above and beyond. Both employee gave the true meaning of excellent customer service. A year ago, we have purchased a laptop computer for our son to use in school. Unfortunately, it was operating very slow. So, we decided to take it back and see if we could have it function faster. Once they knew our situation or what had happened, they readily jumped in to give us the support and help our son in his studies. They have refunded us the full price of the slow functioning laptop. Recommended to us a better functioning laptop and it was more than what we expected. Thank you to both of you, Amer and Kamal from Best Buy Deerfoot meadows. I would highly recommend that people shop at this store!

I should of listening to the previous comments from previous buyers about this store! Red Flag's!! I arrived on Tuesday- January , January 28, 2018 purchased a Sony 49" T.V., in 36 minutes, paid and delivery were set up for February 2, 2019. No email receipt was delivered, as promised. then on Friday, February 1, 2018 @ 2:13 a.m. while I am at work, I am notified, that my T.V cannot be delivered that I paid $149.99 to set up and deliver, and the geek squid, could not relieve my T.V that I also paid $50.00, to retrieve. Well today I am set for Feb. 14/19 to pick up the my old T.V. on Feb. 14/19, and then my new T.V be installed on Feb. 15/19... my time off for 2 days for this service that I paid $149.99 and $50.00 for installation and pick-up. This will ever be last time, I ever walk through a Best Buy store!! I still have not received an email for my transaction for $1,312.45!!
