Kale and Mary are very professional and have strong customer skills.I spent 2.5 hours waiting while i could over hear them trying to make a connection on the phone with Fido .I understand covid has a direct impact onservice however you need to give better service and support to the people who work in these sattelite shops,,,shame on you Fido for making them wear the face for your lousy service
