The staff at this location are unhappy and rude and not helpful at all. I recently dropped off my daughters letter to Santa (with our address on the back) and the lady sent it back to my daughter and NOT SANTA and then had a horrible attitude with my husband when he returned it to the store to get it sent to Santa.
