Withheld truth from employees | by Liv on May 29, 2019
My older sister was hired at the crowfoot party city and an hour before her shift ended after three weeks of stocking shelves the manager let her go because they had hired 18 employees to stalk shelves but were firing 8 once the store actually opened. My sister was not told that there was a possibility of it being a short time job. It is very disrespectful to not tell your employees that they would be firing almost half of them.
