I am writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend Rebecca, she had bought a phone from the Chinook location and a plan back in August, she also bought a screen protector and she bought from Daniel, he then got this girl to "put the screen protector on" when she got her phone back she saw it was smooth and flawless, it was a few months later fast forward to December when I was looking at the phone did I notice there was no screen protector on it. We went back to the store today Dec 17th at 7:45 pm, spoke to the original salesman and he asked if we had got a box for the protector which she did, and he said then its impossible for us to make a mistake and the crook refused to put a courtesy protector on. We wouldn't go to the store and ask for a new on if it just fell off, they didn't put it on to begin with. Clearly they haven't heard the phrase customers always right!!! I feel like an idiot as I recommended Virgin to her, and she gets robbed right away by you people!!!, just for this, I am going to spread the word that virgin mobile Chinook is nothing but a bunch of crooks and criminals who do not care about customer service! Everyone will know what has been done here!!!
