I needed the back face of the watch engraved. It was a small women's size so I knew I couldn't add a lot but I really appreciated the time, feedback, and suggestions I received from the staff. Spent a good 10 to 15 min and I changed my mind more than once. I was able to fit it all in and it turned out great and better than I thought it would.

I purchased a mug which I had engraved and within 3 months the engraving wore off. A month later the metal faceplate fell right off. Every encounter at Things Engraved was an upsetting experience as their staff are very rude. When I contacted the Manager to talk about the problems she was very rude and in fact blamed me for her staffs rude behavior. Its clear there is a management problem at this location. And its clear Things Engraved quality is very low.
