Steven who identified himself was rude and refused to give a legitimate return for $10 as it wasn’t the store I bought it from (I returned later where it was successfully returned at the Core). He said per the “U policy” it was opened. It was an unsealed box and everything was exactly how I bought it - the packaging inside was not touched. I tried to explain to him what a box was and how can it not be unopened. He was so rude! Asst mgr?!?

They kicked me out of the store for no other reason than being young. Anyone has the right to shop anywhere regardless of Age, Gender, Culture, Sexual Orientation, Race, and Medical Conditions. Please do not shop here at this location
