Customer service is getting worst. It used to be really good well Mannered staff, Approachable and helpful. But recently during my visits I have been over hearing some customer getting frustrated. Some from returns etc. Today, I just lost it. I purchased 3 bucket bags and sandals the other day. Since it is all wrapped up in a plastic bag I assumed the dust bag was inside the bag. I came home and got excited open it up and no dust bag. So I called Chinook Michael Kors where I made the purchase. I was told to come back today and they will give or replace it for me. So I went today. Oh boy it didn’t go well. They were saying they never got a call. I showed them the time I called it was on my recent calls. “NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU” I got upset as they made me drive to the store only to find out they can’t help.
