I came in to buy my girlfriend a ring for her birthday, one of the representatives Tamra helped me out. One of the nicest people I have met, showed me many choices and I picked out the perfect ring. The manager and the whole staff was so considerate and helpful they even put a rush on the sizing part of my ring I purchased! Great staff and even greater experience! Thanks guy I will be recommending all my friends and family!

I bought a ring for me and my husband last August 2018 for our silver anniversary as husband and wife. It was the manager that we’d talk too that time and when we came back earlier last year to spoke to him again we just found out that he was assigned to other branch. He offered me the “Michael Hill Card” which he says is interest free for two years so i grabbed it. When i came back earlier last year to asked why i still get paper bills via mail as i was supposed to be done already paying the ring. They told me to call the number at the back of the card which is their Customer Service.1. That i found out that my interest free payment was done May 2019. I was shocked as to my knowledge it’s a 2 year no interest. Whenever i even go to the mall i tried paying on advance for the next month payment and they keep on collecting my money in which 2. I found out upon talking to the customer service that i can’t do advance payment cause it will still appear for the same month payment. (Why collecting payment when you there staffs know that we can’t do advance payments). They didn’t even tell me they just keep on collecting my money. And then there’s also one time when i’m about to pay, there’s this one Filipina lady (maybe in her 50’s or early 60’s) trying to scam me. She told me that if i want i’ll just give her my money and then she’ll be the one who’ll be paying for me. Of course i didn’t agree to her. So just to maintain my good credit score i paid over $1,000 from the original price they gave me. But told them that i’ll definitely leave a review here. What’s more stressing is until now they still keep on sending more paper bills on mail even after i already paid the whole amount that they’re saying i still owe. It’s just sad cause me and my daughter loves buying jewelry in here. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING IN THIS JEWELRY STORE. There’s a lot more there that’s way way better to them. It’s a big NOOOOO!!!!

Staff is poorly trained and will lie to save face. Spencer the store manager is insulting and unprofessional and would rather listen to lies from his staff than the truth from the customer who's spending money.Plenty of other better jewelry stores out there, skip this one unless you want to be accused of false accusations. I will be going as far as sending a corporate email to my fellow workers to boycott this store as the result of my unfair and unjust treatment, please do the same and save yourself the trouble of dealing with these people.
