Rude staff! I placed an online order since the store could not because limit of product remaining in the system. I required assistance today about my order. Staff at Chinook Centre response "call customer service as they placed the order for you"! I explained online customer service said to speed the process, go to one of the stores, so that's why I called Chinook Centre. Sadly, not willing to help and explain my situation further.

I was at Melanie Lyne Chinook on July 4. Tania assisted me in finding a bridesmaid's dress. She was amazing from start to finish. She greeted me with a warm and encouraging energy. I said I needed a dress but haven't bought a dress in a long time and don't know what would even look good for my body type and age group. She immediately assured me that she would look after me and started to pull dresses to try on. I showed her each dress and she gave an honest review. Which was very encouraging, as she wanted me to find the right dress rather than make a sale. After finding three dresses, I need to buy them for another bridesmaid (who wasn't with me). She found all the dresses for us. Tania provided outstanding customer service. She showed an extraordinary ability to understand what my needs were and was able to meet all those needs fully with a bright and positive energy. Tania even followed up with a phone call to make sure the dresses were working out and if I had any questions or concerns, to contact her. It was truly appreciated to be treated like a valued customer. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
