As my 450 characters is over,I will continue,Manager is very rude have No people skills whatsoever.I ended up leaving,because she doesn’t even know how to say,can you please come back in 10 min.Please don’t go there,as you may get upset.I hope head office will reply to me soon,if they even read,what good customers think about their business.

I am customer of This location for many years.This year My husband and I purchased prescription sunglasses.I was not happy with mine,frames were exchanged with telling me ,this is the last time,Maybe they should look,how much money I spent over the years on designer glasses.Now I received for my birthday card with free prescription sunglasses with purchase of frame.Frame I like is on my birthday gift card,but apparently not available.Lie,reply
