Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried to return a dress and the "do not remove unless keeping" clip malfunctioned. The accused me of wearing it, wouldn't let me return it, and said rude things about me to the customer service rep over the phone. Of course I was upset about losing $200, but they treated me like a criminal, no sympathy or politeness at all. Never returning
