So I had like $12.00 points in card but when it was scanned it said that I had $1.40 in cash points. I showed tthe employeea the last recipt but they didn't do anything and still said that I owed them $11 even though I could have get it for free.

Make a special trip to the mall to buy a large bag of popcorn for the price of a medium with my all acsess pass I was denied saying that offer was no longer going even though their was no expiry date on the card. He then I asked if I had a AMA card to get the same discount so I showed him my AMA membership and he still refused to give me a discount saying it was expired yet it worked last week with AMA! This will be the last time I visit a kernals
