I've been looking for a good pillow to help my neck and shoulders. LEE, didn't get his last name but he's from the Philippines, assisted me in choosing what pillow to get. He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. He gave me additional information that I have 30-Day trial and if not satisfied can return the pillow and get full refund. He also mentioned that returned pillows are donated; very commendable Casper; excellent

In my recent review I posted my disappointment with the customer service and return policy. However, I eventually was able to talk with one of the head managers and she kindly empathized with my concerns and graciously offered me the same 30% discount on my new mattress that I had received on the faulty mattress that I needed to return. I am very happy the manager rectified the situation to ensure customer satisfaction.

I ordered a Nova mattress on sale. The mattress is horrible, when you sit on the side of the bed the entire mattress sinks down super low. Now after, 2 1/2 months the bed remains slightly sunken on the spots where my daughter often sits. I called to have this bed replaced.
