Had a so called screen replaced, now my phone won't work properly, battery is draining very quickly, screen is smaller and now I am out a phone and money spent.

Worst store and customer service EVER!!! I have waited for 3 months for them to order a new ipad case and still nothing!! No refund, no replacment. Terrible service!!

My husband spent $100 prior to Christmas purchasing 4 i-watch products. One of our the four items he purchased for me fit. We attempted to return them on December 31. We were told there's a 7-day return policy. I received them on December 25 and we were there December 31 -- this was lost on the clerk and manager. If this is the way Case Logix does business, we won't be back. We never did get a refund and the manager hid behind the clerk on the phone. Terrible service and policy!

Purchased a case for iphone XR and they ripped mee off ! by charging me $89.99 whereas when I checked online the same case was $24 only. I dont suggest this place as they are taking advantage of people who have no knowledge about mobile appliances .
