Had slight throat irritation and requested for JUST a water...staff declined! And went off on mask crap...I guess they rather see you choke than offer you water...common sense is now rare!...I miss the previous staff (now with LV store)...will never go there again

The items in this store are very nice... it’s disappointing that the staff service is not the same. I’ve been to Burberry in Chinook mall a few times now and every single time I’ve been there a staff member follows me but yesterday was unacceptable, a staff member was following me not from a distance but very very close to me and especially with the virus it make me extremely uncomfortable to the point were I turned around and said “ Why am I being followed “ and only then did he begin to ask if I needed help

Today's service (August 8/18) at Chinook Centre's Burberry store was exceptional. We were helped by two male employees who were polite, knowledgeable, and very passionate about the product. It was such an awesome experience.
