I visited Browns today as a loyal customer of 12 yrs and counting , long story short, the sales girl was really awesome and helpful however when I asked the menager (woman) for a pair of shoes that were on the back not on display if she could give me a deal on them, since the size was odd and the shoes were on the back not on display , her replay was really rude like I'm from another planet and don't know how things roll. She could just say sorry not possible not being all pissed off about that . For this reason I'm really disappointed on Browns store menager. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there :(
