I had a bad experience when I tried to make my watch a little tighter than it was before. However, the employees from A|X Armani Exchange in CF Chinook Centre tried to charge me $ 20 as I did not have the receipt, but most watch stores do not require the receipt for a minor adjustment. Therefore, I do not recommend that store as they have a ridiculous policy when someone makes a request for the watch.
