I went into American eagle last nite 6:30pm I was looking for jeans, not one associate acknowledged me or asked if I needed help with anything I continued looking in the store and still nothing so I left the store very disappointed I said to my husband I am gonna write a review this is terrible customer service on American Eagle and this location this isn’t the first time I have been in this store a few times prior and nothing they look away it’s like I don’t exist are these people trained to pick and choose who they help or is it because bigger woe en should t be in this store I find it very disgusting to be treated like this. I will not ever step foot in this American eagle I will continue to go to cross iron mills mall where they treat you like a paying customer and have time to ask you what looking for and are willing to help not look away like you aren’t there. I don’t think customer service has been taught to these associates cause if it was they would maybe be more helpful. I wouldn’t recommmned this American Eagle.
