I had the following concerns about store 1082 at Chinook Aldo, and I was told by customer service ("the back office") that the district manager will contact me, but he never did: "The customer ...., went to store 1082 and the service was rude, this employee name Dana, whom she was told is the manager, lied about her name and said her name was Sara, gave a rude service to the customer because she wanted to make a return. The customer called the customer service number trying to get a solution and to report Dana's behaviour. She told the customer that the customer service doesn't tell her what to do. Customer wants to complain about the employee. Customer wanted to go back and ask for the other employee name and Dana said the customer was harassing her."
