Impossible to find bathrooms | by Todd on Sep 26, 2021
Dumb thing to have to complain about but it was bad enough for me to actually go make this review
No Map | by Linda on Dec 07, 2019
Since this mall is so large it would be nice if there was a map to indicate where a specific store is so you know where to park etc near that location
Access can be improved | by Rick on Aug 15, 2018
Hope that after the construction ends for the food court area and surrounding areas around, it will be way better, the whole area of the place is a mess that is better to avoid in these days and highly likely it will last untill Xmas and new year (as usual happen with these things) I can believe that it was never thought of having this fancy pedestrian pass constructed long ago.... oh I almost forgot it's Calgary, where the planning of public and private spaces are designed for make much more of a inconvinience as many people you can at the time, not planning ten, 20, 30 years from the building time to the future; at the end it can be updated and re-done with the lots of money that is available everywhere and will never end, right? Just avoid the mall itself or at least avoid the front (nobody will miss customers going into the construction mess, right) of make it quick, construction in your street, while you drive and now even into the place where you shop and/or eat..... no thanks!!!
shopping at Chinook just got very inconvenient for me | by Sylvia Fischer on May 27, 2018
Since the shuttle bus to Chinook was canceled, I can no longer shop there. It was the easiest mall for me to get to but now it extremely difficult. I know there is a bus that goes closer to the mall but it runs every 40 minutes - much too long to wait for at either end. The shuttle was so easy for seniors and those with limited mobility like my self who cannot walk the distance from the train station to the mall - even with the fancy new walkway. I will miss shopping there. It was my favourite mall for shopping but now I will have to do my shopping at the South centre mall. In my opinion, this was a poor decision financially and shows a lack of compassion for those who rely on public transportation. Bad call!
