Initially a good experience, then the good therapist left, leaving marginal ones or students (you still pay full fees). You can do better with other massage therapists I am sure. Now they have messed up my billing. I had my last massage May 17, and filled out a form cancelling my membership shortly after. There was no charge on my credit card for May June, but now I see charges for June July , and July Aug billing statements argh. Stay away!
