This bank manager should be fired! Rude, sarcastic, absolutely no compassion or understanding for family tragedies. There isn't any reason the bank of Montreal should employee a person like this to handle it's customers! This one branch gives the BMO a bad name. Check out all the poor reveiws on this bank! It disgusts me!
