We have been part of the BVCCC family for over 7 years.Both our kids have grown up here.We have nothing but positive things to say about this daycare.The Owner and all the staff are trained at the highest standards.Before making negative comments, pls check your facts.We will continue to support this facility as they are one of a kind.No other place will take such good care of your kids.Thanks BVCCC for being such an important part of our lives!

I would not send my children to this place. I pass by Bow Valley Square everyday for work and have seen the staff yelling at the children on their outdoor play space. I can understand discipling the kids but some of the staff just seem mean.

I work in the building and I could say I witnessed a few times when they lost a child wandering around the building. If I am a parent won’t send my child here as they may get traumatized from being lost.

If you want your child to be left walking alone the hallway with no parent waiting then go ahead and enrol your child to this daycare. Staff are under educated and can't even comprehend and communicate in simple English. Glad to have withdrawn my child out.

I come trough the Bow Valey Square every day and I see how poor kids are being treated. The teachers ride them on carts, than they stop by a quiet corner and turn on a cartoon on their smartphone. Several times, during nasty weather, the teaches sit the little ones on the cold dirty floor, although the coaches are available. Dear parens, be merciful to your children!
