Customers shop at Safeway cannot receive any service at the cashers. Customers have already loaded all groceries from the cart up to the counter. Now, customers have to pack by themselves. If you have a large purchase you feel very tired to do the loading and packing. Is this procedure fare to the shoppers? If cashiers afraid of germs, they can wear gloves. Besides, customer has no skill in packing, especially seniors.
