I needed them to repair the soles of my Jordans and when they gave it back to me there was glue on the upper of the shoe.When i asked for the glue to be removes they gave them back to me a week later(after i already waited a week for the soles) there were scrapes on the shoe were the glue was leaving the paint and fabric come off the shoe.was not given a refund or anything

They did an absolutely beautiful repair of my shoes - they are just like new and even better. Both very comfortable and perfect!
