Used a Groupon to purchase what appeared to be what is on the Reflections website as the "Better" package (exterior and interior c/ shampoo) as it is the only one that fits the description of the Groupon I bought. The website says it is 4-5 hours and costs $340. Sure, I got a deal with Groupon, but also got less than what I thought I was getting. When I went to pick up my vehicle they said they "ran out of time" (although said they only spent 3.5 hours on it. And, that it was dirty. Maybe if they spent the other hour on it that they were supposed to, it would have gotten cleaner? Pulled out crumbs from the door storage area and the space between the doors (when they're open) wasn't touch...to name only a few of the things I noticed. Go to a cheaper car wash place like Bubbles and spend $40-$60 (anywhere from a 1/4 their 'regular' price to half what I paid for the Groupon) and get the same quality level of job. Never would it be worth the advertised $340!!
