I visited the Aspen branch location to simply ask the manager to review a copy of our original marriage certificate and stamp a photocopy I provided as a ‘certified true copy’ for our OAS application. The manager did not greet me properly..no pleasantries..no introduction…never asked my name. She declined as ‘she did not know me and this was not my home branch. I had ID and my bank card..client for over 40 years/retiree. Went to TD…all done.
