Don't go to this store!!! The staff doesn't know what the process is for accepting items, there is nothing posted on their website, they have nothing on paper to hand to you - only one person has the monopoly on this and, you have to wait until it's convenient for her...makes me suspicious as to why all the secrecy?? I took in several new high-end name brand items with the tag still on and many others that were practically new and in perfect order - she didn't take any of them which is totally surprising as I looked through this store two times and many of the items are very run down/worn and, way overpriced!! Clarke shoes nearly band new, who doesn't love Clarke's! Go shop elsewhere and take your items to a place where the staff on the floor can help you when it's convenient for you. Not a true representative of the stores or service in Airdrie. VERY disappointed!!!
