I purchased a loaf of Erin’s rosemary spelt bread for my husband and daughter. They are both pretty picky about their bread, so buying something new to try is always a gamble. Well we hit the jackpot!!!! They both LOVED the bread!!! They said it was the BEST bread they have ever had. It was hilarious to watch them slice it thinner and thinner to try and make it last until next Saturday’s market. They only made it to Tuesday.
