Absolutely fabulous!! I gave them as gifts to my family members after I tried them out for myself. They loved them. Choice of products was amazing. Socks that I also bought keep my feet so warm. I will definitely be returning.
*(1/5) Very disappointing experience
I originally contacted Carol 4 years ago to purchase three calico sheep. No issues. Last October, we purchased 4 alpacas, two of them were supposed to be bred. Sadly, neither one of them were. When we asked what the problem was, we were told that it must’ve been our fault, for using deworming. We asked for a resolution, and sadly were told that we have to bring our alpacas back to her to be bred, as her trailer is not working. We live 2 hours away from her. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service and the promises for a guaranteed breeding, that clearly weren’t kept. Buyers beware. Very disappointing experience.
