Indonesian food is a complex mixture of spice and seasonings encompassing the 17,500 islands that make up this country. As a Canadian who lived in Indonesia for 15 years with an Indonesian wife this selection has made her very happy. They do a great job of making authentic Indonesian food which is very difficult. Well done.
