*(1/5) Not worth it- go ANYWHERE else!!!
I certainly don't suggest you support this business if you care anything about shopping at a business that respects their customer's and values their business. I gave this restaurant business year after year for about 3 years at the farmer's market, and I'd like to note I never returned or complained about a single product. But, this past month gave me an indication not only of their quality having decreased, but their value of their customers. I bought the citrus snack x2, a donair plate, a chicken shwarma plate, greek potatoes, a Cesar salad w/o bacon and an asiago tiri dip- spending about $75 . Everything was fine, except when we got home our ceasar salad had bacon (an ALLERGY) and the citrus snacks were dry and brittle- not like other year's we had bought them. I called up the owner the next day and let her know the issues- I was shocked at her response- as if she couldn't possibly make a mistake and I WAS in the wrong! After the rudest response I had ever heard from a business owner she told me to bring it in (and had to keep a salad in my fridge for a week just to show her there was bacon- she wouldn't accept a picture) - without promising a refund. After that I vowed to never shop there again. When I went to go return it there was another lady there who apologized profusely for the owner and even admitted this year due to lack of rain the citrus snack was especially brittle, and gave me a refund. So I caved, & bought 2 more asiago tiri which I had enjoyed before- big mistake! The week after I came back and ordered a calamari for lunch, figuring it was now water under the bridge- she said "we have no calamari" then she said, "actually let me check" and she went and got her owner who said " I don't think you should shop here anymore because you return everything you get!" ... I was in AWE to say the least. I had proven to them they put bacon on the salad and the employee even admitted her citrus product was shitty that year (which I'd had before and NEVER complained). Clearly the customer is always WRONG and she couldn't give a damn about their business, despite her product quality clearly having gone downhill for both hot servings as well as ready- made items. It reflects exactly on how the owner not only treats her staff (the lady was almost fearful of the owner) and her customers, and her own business. Like I said, if you are willing to suck it up and not get your money back when you find a hair in your food - then go ahead and continue to support a terribly run business, because she will likely tell you- a blond haired woman- that that black hair was yours! Otherwise, I suggest choosing from one of the hundred other **BETTER TASTING & BETTER QUALITY** greek restaurants out there!!
