My first and last online order. Received defective item and contacted customer service who ignored my emails so I thought I would call. I was never able to get to a live person and was only able to leave messages and my call was never returned. It wasn’t until my 4th email attempt that I finally received a response only to find out that my order was final sale although my email order confirmation/receipt never said that it was “final sale” or during my online checkout process did it ever say it was final. My item was defective and wanted to exchange but their response was that it was final sale. How does one inspect their order when ordering online? Beware of companies who say they stand by their products and fail at being transparent with their customers. I received defective merchandise ordered online. There is no way for customers to inspect items bought online or to know that they will receive damaged goods and then be told it is “final sale” even though my receipt does not say it is “final sale”. The item was listed as a “sale” item not the same as “final sale”. Even IF it was “final sale” how dare they think that I should be stuck with defective goods and not offer to exchange the item! Buyer beware.
